Three calls dominate our Homedale schedule. First, mice: cold, snowy winters push rodents indoors, and we find droppings inside pantry cabinets in farmhouses and outbuildings across 83628.
Our mouse extermination work pairs trapping with exclusion at the entry points we actually find, not guessed at. Check your pantry shelves yourself mouse droppings are often about 1/4 inch long, smaller than rice grains.
Second, ants. Irrigated landscaping creates localized moisture near foundations, and ant colonies mature into the thousands, so a trail at the kitchen counter rarely means one colony. We identify active trails before treatment and place bait stations sized for the activity we see.
Third, seasonal invaders. Fall cooling pushes spiders and mice into buildings, and cluster flies and boxelder bugs gather on sun-warmed siding every autumn.
Spring snowmelt can raise crawlspace moisture too, which is why our spring inspections include a crawlspace check. One list of what we need from you: clear access beneath sinks, food stored before application, pets secured during treatment.
