What Pest Control Work Covers

Last updated: October 2026

Idaho Pest Pros provides pest inspections and control work described in your estimate or service agreement. The agreed scope may identify the pest, treatment locations, preparation steps, and any follow-up included.

Work outside that description, including repairs, sanitation, exclusion construction, wildlife handling, or treatment of a newly discovered pest, requires a separate agreement. We do not promise to eliminate conditions outside the agreed treatment or prevent pests from entering from untreated areas.

We follow applicable requirements, including Idaho Pesticide Law (Idaho Code Title 22, Chapter 34), the Idaho Structural Pest Control Act (Title 22, Chapter 19), FIFRA, and EPA-approved pesticide labeling. Applicators must hold required Idaho State Department of Agriculture licenses.

Where applicable, work also follows the Federal Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR Part 170. Pesticides are used and disposed of according to product labels and applicable local household hazardous waste rules.

Other agencies, including EPA, USDA APHIS, Idaho Fish and Game, and OSHA, may have relevant jurisdiction.

Booking, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method Idaho Pest Pros makes available. We will confirm the planned service and any preparation or access instructions.

Please provide accurate property details, disclose known hazards, and make sure an adult can provide access if needed. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact us as soon as possible and before the scheduled arrival time.

Any cancellation fee or other charge must be disclosed in your estimate or service agreement; no unstated fee is created by these terms.

Weather, safety concerns, access problems, or other circumstances may require a new appointment. We will contact you to arrange a reasonable change.

If inspection reveals that the requested work differs from the approved scope, we will explain the proposed change and any price effect before proceeding. Additional work requires your approval.

You may decline it, though the original service may need to be rescheduled or limited if it cannot be performed safely as planned.

Estimates, Charges, and Payment

An estimate describes the work and price Idaho Pest Pros expects to provide based on the information available at the time. It may be revised if an inspection reveals different conditions, the requested work changes, or access differs from what was described.

We will explain any revision and obtain your approval before doing additional work. An estimate is not a promise to treat conditions outside its stated scope.

Your written estimate, service agreement, or invoice will state the applicable charge and payment timing. Payment is due as stated in that document.

If no timing is specified, please pay upon completion of the service. You are responsible for providing correct billing information and raising any billing question promptly.

We will review disputed charges in good faith. No particular price, discount, financing option, or payment method is promised by these terms unless confirmed separately in writing.

Taxes or other applicable charges will be shown where required. A change in scope does not authorize an unapproved charge.

What We Stand Behind

Idaho Pest Pros will perform the work described in your approved service agreement with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable pesticide label directions and licensing requirements. These terms do not establish a particular warranty period, a guaranteed pest-free result, or complimentary return visits.

Any service warranty, retreatment commitment, or other performance promise applies only if it is stated in writing in the estimate or service agreement. That document controls its duration, coverage, and conditions.

Coverage stated in a separate writing may depend on following preparation and safety instructions, allowing access for scheduled work, and avoiding changes that interfere with treatment. Conditions outside the agreed scope, new pest activity, structural defects, moisture, sanitation issues, or pest entry from untreated areas may require separate work.

Contact us promptly if you believe completed work does not match the written agreement. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Responsibility and Limits on Claims

To the extent permitted by law, Idaho Pest Pros’ liability for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, pest activity outside the agreed treatment area, or loss caused by inaccurate information or failure to follow written preparation and safety instructions. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, or to liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable responsibility for negligence or statutory violations.

Pesticide work is subject to Idaho Pesticide Law (Idaho Code Title 22, Chapter 34), the Idaho Structural Pest Control Act (Title 22, Chapter 19), FIFRA, and EPA-approved label directions. Required applicator licensing and applicable worker protections also remain in force.

Nothing here changes those duties or authorizes use contrary to a product label. Disposal must follow label instructions and applicable local household hazardous waste rules. Any dispute will be considered under applicable law.

Questions About These Terms

For questions about these terms, an estimate, or scheduled work, contact Idaho Pest Pros at (855) 681-0299 or info@idahopestpros.top. Mail may be sent to 102 S Euclid Ave, Suite 204, Sandpoint, ID, USA. We may update these terms when business practices or legal requirements change. The version in effect when you approve a service agreement applies to that work unless you and Idaho Pest Pros agree otherwise in writing or law requires a different result.

We will post revised terms on the website and update any displayed effective date. For material changes affecting ongoing services, we will provide notice through a reasonable channel, such as email or a service communication.

Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the revised website terms; new service work remains subject to the agreement you approve.
